Media Owner
MG Malls has taken over the exclusive rights to select media throughout the United States. This media is managed and operated solely by MG Malls, and we are the only vendor able to offer these assets.
Media Representative
MG Malls has been selected by certain developers and individual mall owners to represent and sell the media in their inventory. This media includes sky banners, digital assets and highly specialized spectaculars.

Chief Executive Officer
David Parsons
David Parsons is the CEO and one of the founders of MG Malls (formerly known as McGavren Guild Malls). David’s combined knowledge of national sales, the out-of-home industry, and especially the mall industry has created a unique position within the advertising sales industry.
David’s prior experience includes a career at Simon Property Group as the AVP of Media. In his career with Simon Property Group, he created and evaluated new media platforms and media partnerships in addition to creating media programs for some of the top brands in the country. Prior to that, David was directly involved in advertising sales on both a National and Regional level for malls throughout the country.
In his career prior to the mall industry, David spent 20 years in broadcast sales and management with companies like Citadel, CBS, and Greater Media. During that career, he was involved in ownership and General Management of a radio station group of three stations, developing significant growth in revenue and ratings with all properties. His extensive experience includes sales development, agency and brand relationships, and and the implementation of creative, solution-driven campaigns for clients throughout the country.
This combined experience and extensive knowledge of the mall industry puts MG Malls in perfect position to help solve some of the top client challenges in successfully using the mall as a media platform.

Chief Revenue Officer
Jamie Rush
Jamie Rush is a seasoned Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry veteran, bringing 25 years of expertise in traditional and digital place-based ad networks. Since June 2024, he has served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at MGM Outdoor, where he leverages his extensive experience in management, new business development, and brand partnerships to drive long-term growth. Passionate about creating unique, idea-driven collaborations, Jamie is committed to fostering direct brand relationships that deliver lasting value.
Jamie began his OOH career in 2001 as Senior Vice President of Sales at Sherwood Outdoor, specializing in long-term, non-cancelable contracts for Times Square’s most iconic spectaculars. He later held senior sales and management roles at Van Wagner, PRN, AdSpace, and Clear Channel Outdoor in New York City, consistently demonstrating his ability to build high-impact advertising strategies.
Before transitioning to OOH, Jamie had a distinguished radio career, working in Boston, Chicago, and New York City. He held key roles at Interep and served as National Sales Manager at WLUP and WFAN, eventually taking on a General Manager position at Sporting News Radio. His diverse background in media and sales has equipped him with a deep understanding of audience engagement and strategic growth in the advertising industry.

Bradey Nerwich is a results-driven sales professional with over 23 years of experience spanning production, media, and sales. With a strong foundation in Key Account Management, new business development, and business ownership, Bradey has built a proven track record of success across wellness, large-format printing, interior retail branding signage, and out-of-home (OOH) media industries. Known for an unwavering work ethic and a passion for health and fitness, Bradey applies the same level of dedication and discipline to both professional and personal endeavors, consistently striving for excellence in every pursuit.
